• Acoustically Rated Floors and Walls – Corridors, common walls and floors meet a Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of 60, rendering loud conversation inaudible.
• Cold Roof System – Two roofing layers with a ventilated space between them acts as a buffer between cold outdoor air and warm indoor air.
