Seems like no matter where you turn these days, all we hear about is bad news on the economy, politics, and the general disintegration of life itself.
This is just a note to remind you that the sun is still coming up every morning over one of the most charming small mountain towns in North America. And just about when school is getting out late next spring, our new residence owners will be moving in - to enjoy a summer of hiking, biking, water sports, fishing, dining, relaxing and wildflower picking. Most important - they'll be creating lifelong memories with family and friends.
