We are excited to announce the signing of a new locally-owned restaurant tenant here at Alpine Village. Wraptor, set to open in December, will be serving wraps, rice bowls, tacos, salads, and homemade baked goods.
Owned and operated by Annie Burd, Wraptor will be offer a fast, delicious and healthy new dining alternative in downtown McCall. Whether you need a portable meal to take with you for a day on Payette Lake or are looking for a fun and casual spot to have a relaxing lunch or dinner with friends, this will be the place for you.
Multi-ethnic influences can be found up and down the menu. Using the freshest ingredients available, Wraptor offers tasty items such as the "Ol' Smokey" wrap with house smoked pork, pinto beans, BBQ sauce, shredded cheese, roasted tomato-jalapeno salsa and sour cream. Or look forward to the "Idaho is for Spawners" wrap filled with smoked salmon, spinach, balsamic, parmesan cheese, tomatillo corn salsa and cilantro lime sour cream. Other menu highlights include fish tacos, jambalaya and a warm peanut butter and honey quesadilla. You'll also be able to build your own wrap with a wide range of fresh ingredients and your choice of savory house-made sauces.
Annie has plans to make the restaurant a great community gathering place. Along with the outdoor deck seating and tables on the plaza in summer, there will be rotating exhibits by local artists and open mic nights. Beer and wine will be available to add to the festivities, and enjoy food and drink specials throughout the week.
We are thrilled to have Wraptor on the plaza and look forward to the grand opening in December.
